Arnica: also known as wolf's bane and mountain tobacco, is a perennial that grows in Siberia. Aids in reducing pain, inflammation, swelling, and bruising.
Menthol: A counterirritant (counter acts topical pain) provides a warming cooling sensation to relieve pain.
Eucalyptus: native to Australia. Many OTC creams and ointments for rheumatoid arthritis contain this essential oil. Has analgesic (pain relieving) properties and is helpful to those recovering from a joint or muscle injury.
