SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING
-Orders will be packaged + processed within 5-10 business days and shipped out the following week. Please keep in mind this is a solo task. Thank you so much for your patience.
LOST IN TRANSIT
-If your order is lost in transit/never received, please get in touch with USPS regarding a refund. I am not physically responsible for lost packages as I do not ship them myself. It is the carriers responsibility to ensure you are fully refunded. They will likely ask for receipt upon request, so please have this ready.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
-It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the package is being shipped to the correct address. In the event you enter an incorrect address, per USPS guidelines, I can only intercept a package that is still in transit or has yet to leave the facility. Packages that have been delivered or are out for delivery cannot be intercepted. Please be sure to proofread your shipping and billing address before your purchase. Orders that are delivered to the incorrect address will not be refunded. Please contact USPS to find out what your options are. All packages are insured up to $100.
Once your package has left my possession, it's in the carriers hands. It's their responsibility to ensure it gets to you, and that you're refunded should you not receive it.
